Vice Chair Sell called the meeting to order at 7 p.m.

Vice Chair Sell asked for discussion or a motion on the Consent Calendar.
MOTION: Commissioner Riviere moved and Commissioner Duncan seconded the
motion to Approve the Housing and Human Services Commission Minutes of March
23, 2022 as submitted.

Environmental Impact Report (DEIR)
Senior Planner Jeffrey Cucinotta provided the staff presentation.
Director of Community Development Trudi Ryan and Principal Planner Amber
Blizinski were present to answer questions from commissioners.
Vice Chair Sell opened and closed the public hearing at 8:12 p.m. upon confirming
that there were no members of the public wishing to speak.
Commissioners asked questions and provided some feedback.
3 22-0292 Consider Approval of Draft 2022 Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) Action Plan
Housing Programs Analyst Leif Christiansen provided the staff report.
There were no questions of staff on the report.
Vice Chair Sell opened and closed the public hearing at 8:27 p.m. after confirming
that there were no members of the public wishing to speak
There was no additional discussion or questions.
Vice Chair Sell called for a motion.
MOTION: Chair Stetson moved and Commissioner Davis seconded the motion to
approve Alternative 1: Recommend that the City Council approve the 2022 Action
Plan as shown in Attachment 2 of the staff report.
