Chair Duncan called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

motion to Approve the Housing and Human Services Commission Meeting Minutes
of April 16, 2024, as submitted.
The motion carried by the following vote:

PUBLIC HEARINGS/GENERAL BUSINESS
2 24-0676 Review of Fiscal Year 2024/25 Recommended Budget
Housing Officer Jenny Carloni provided an overview of the budget process and
reviewed the Housing-specific budget excerpt provided to the Commissioners, fund
by fund.
Chair Duncan opened and closed the public hearing at 7:48 p.m., upon confirming
that there were no members of the public wishing to speak, in person or remotely.
After a lengthy discussion and clarifying questions of staff regarding existing and
new funding sources, the Commissioners agreed that there were no additional
comments or recommendations for Council regarding the FY 2024/25
Recommended Budget.

full summer agenda and will likely not have a month off until August.

Housing and Human Services Commission on items not listed on the agenda and

hearings/general business section of the agenda at the discretion of the Chair) with

Meeting Law) does not allow the Housing and Human Services Commission to
