PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL MEETING SUPERIOR, WISCONSIN December 10, 2024 5:00 p.m. - Government Center, Board Room 201 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. ROLL CALL Present: Nick Ledin, Jenny Van Sickle (recused), Garner Moffat, Jack Sweeney, Tylor Elm, Ruth Ludwig, Mike Herrick, Lindsey Graskey – 7 Absent: Brent Fennessey, Mark Johnson Also Present: Mayor Paine, City Attorney Prell, Chief of Staff Scherf, City Clerk Assistant Lang 3. FINANCE COMMITTEE recommends approval of 2025 Liability and Property Insurance Provider. MOTION by Councilor Sweeney to approve awarding 2025 Liability and Property Insurance contract to CVMIC, was seconded by Councilor Elm. There was no objection to amend the original motion to waive bidding process. Bidding waived by unanimous consent. MOTION to approve carried via voice vote.
