NEW BUSINESS 4.1 American Rescue Plan (ARPA)/State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Non-Profit Grant Awards Recommending Cathedral Church – requesting $110,247 Concordia Lutheran Church – requesting $35,103 Embark Supported Employment – requesting $54,000 North Bay Church – requesting $2,500 Ostara – requesting $40,000 Pilgrim Lutheran Church – requesting $83,494 Elks Club – requesting $24,500 Motion was made by Tylor Elm, seconded by Mike Herrick, and carried to approve the grant applications as recommended by Mayor Paine. 5.
