Roll Call Present: Deanna Reder, Jenny Van Sickle (virtual) Also Present: Becky Scherf, Mayor Jim Paine, Shelly Nelson (virtual) Chair Reder made MOTION to suspend item number 2 to the end of the meeting in case Commissioner Nikoi was running late. Second by Van Sickle. 2. Approval of February 14th minutes TABLED minutes for next meeting on April 11th due to no quorum 3. Open Board Seats One letter of interest received. Will go to council for approval. Van Sickle met with a few potential candidates and is waiting to hear back. 4. SPD Rise Award Nomination Chief of Staff Scherf explained this award and Chair Reder agreed to draft a letter of congratulations from the commission. 5. Any other business Chair Reder asked Chief of Staff Scherf to schedule CRS Stank to speak at next meeting regarding her new role and see if the commission can offer any support. 6. Adjournment – Meeting adjourned at 5:50 PM.
