TOURISM DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
TUESDAY, October 11th 2022
6:00 P.M. – Chambers
The meeting of the Tourism Development Commission was called to order by Chair Graskey at
6:11PM

Members Present: Lindsey Graskey, Mark Johnson (Council Representative), JoAnn Jardine, Pattie
Soliday
Staff Present: Chief of Staff Becky Scherf
Absent: Steven Pool
3. Follow-Up Discussion Re: SWIM Creative’s 10/04/22 Presentation
The commission proceeded in discussion over presented domain names by Swim Creative. The
commission agreed to ask the marketing team to present visuals supporting the top two selections
to better understand the direction of the overall continuing domain name. Overall need to
accomplish sooner than later to meet 2023 launch was agreed upon by the commission. The
commission noted they may need to prepare for special meetings in order to stay on track for the
marketing timeline.
