Welcome Visitors – Upon recognition by the Chair, persons desiring to address the Board may speak on any topic not on the agenda and not to exceed three (3) minutes in length. Board members are prohibited from deliberation on any item presented but may recommend placement on a future agenda for discussion. 6. Business: a. Discuss and Act on removing the dead stump and other structures at the Backyard Park. b. Discuss and Act on revitalizing the volleyball court at the Backyard Park. c. Discuss and Act on inspecting and staining the bridges at the Backyard Park. d. Discuss and Act on pressure washing/painting the tin on the Pavilion at the Backyard Park. e. Discuss options and ways to obtain funding to purchase restrooms for the Backyard Park. f. Discuss and Act on contacting Texas New Mexico to fix all Park Lights. g.
