Welcome Visitors – Upon recognition by the Chair, persons desiring to address the Board may speak on any topic not on the agenda and not to exceed three (3) minutes in length. Board members are prohibited from deliberation on any item presented but may recommend placement on a future agenda for discussion. 6. Business: a. Discuss and act on a proposed Pavilion Rental Packet and Public Event/Special Event Permit Application rules, fees, and contact personal/department for approval. b. Discuss Oct. 4th work day for Backyard Park and Gazebo Park (if material is ordered and in). c. Discuss and Act on Other City Organizations discussing their proposed projects in/for the parks with the Parks and Recs board and Parks and Recs approving their projects in the parks before projects begin 7.
