Takoma Park Youth Council Agenda DATE OF MEETING: 1.2.2025 TIME: 4-5:30 pm LOCATION: TPCC Hydrangea Room FACILITATORS/MEETING CALLED BY: Takoma Park Youth Council 1. Roll Call and approval of prior Minutes (2 min) 2. Food Drive (30 min) a. How many bins are we buying and which ones? b. Report back from location confirmation requests- do all the locations agree that we can leave a bin with them for food collection? c. When will the final flyer be shared with the Communication Dept? d. Are we ready to share this at a Wednesday evening Council meeting? e. Since we are holding the food for one big delivery, do we want to invite the media to cover the story when we deliver the food? Who will coordinate? 3. Report back concerning the other projects being worked on- Transportation, Litter Bug Competition, Job Fair, and BB Tournament (15-20 min) 4. Prepare our introduction to the new Council- what information would you like to share with them about who we are and what our goals are for the year? 5. Draft and vote to approve the agenda for the next meeting (10 min)
