Roll Call and approval of prior Minutes (2 min)‬ ‭2. Meet with Deputy City Manager Andrew Bolduc (20 min)‬ ‭a.‬ ‭Discuss legal requirements for City-sponsored events, like the BB Tournament‬ ‭3. Photo for the website, Instagram, etc. Please dress appropriately.‬ ‭4. Report back concerning the other projects being worked on- Transportation, Litter Bug‬ ‭Competition, Job Fair, and BB Tournament (15-20 min)‬ ‭5. Draft and vote to approve the agenda for the next meeting (10 min)‬
