Donovan, Mayor Kline Others in Attendance: None Meeting Chaired by: Mayor Kline Minutes by: Karen Morgan Call to Order: Mayor Kline called the Board of Control meeting to order on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 7:39 pm. Item 1) Approval of Minutes: Svs.Dir.: I move to approve the minutes from the September 1, 2015 BOC meeting; seconded by Law Dir. Vote to approve: 4/0. Item 2) Acceptance of the bid from Primetime Personnel LLC for temporary labor services. The amount is $10.20 per regular hour/per employee and $15.30 per overtime hour/per employee as specified in Ord. 6-2015 Svs. Dir.: We have never used Primetime Personnel before. They are located on Home Avenue in Akron. We spoke with some of their references and got good reports. They actually came in under Safe Staffing’s bid, the company we’ve used in the past. I move to accept the bid from Primetime Personnel LLC for temporary labor services at $10.20 per regular hour/per employee and $15.30 per overtime hour/per employee hour as specified in Ord. 6-2015; seconded by Law Dir. Vote to approve: 4/0. Item 3) Additional Items? None. Item 4) Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:41 pm.
