CITY OF TALLMADGE BOARD OF CONTROL MEETING MINUTES June 23, 2022 7:30 p.m. Mayor’s Conference Room Members Present: Mayor Kline, Law Director Raber, Director of Public Service Rorar, President of Council Loughry Excused: Meeting Chaired By: Mayor Kline Minutes: Tish Rowland I. Call to Order and Approval of B.O.C. Minutes for June 09, 2022 meeting. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:01 p.m. II. Adoption of Minutes. Dennis Loughry moved to approve the minutes of June 9th B.O.C. meeting; seconded by Mike Rorar. Vote to approve: 4/0. III. Consideration and approval of Change Order #8 for the Repair and Remodeling of the Tallmadge Police Station for a decrease of $1169.12. This will decrease the total contract amount to $280,661.26. Rorar: R2K noticed that the measurements of the ceilings were less than what they painted. They brought it to our attention and adjusted the amount. Dave Kline moved to approve, seconded by Dennis Loughry. Vote to approve: 4/0 Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
