Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Spano Brothers Construction Co., Inc., for the Elton Avenue Storm Sewer Replacement. The base bid was $73,690.00. (This is authorized in Ord. 2022-41). IV. Consideration and approval of Change Order #6 for the Repair & Remodeling of the Tallmadge Police Station for an increase of $395.00. This will increase the total contract to $281,830.38. V. Consideration and approval of Change Order #7 for the Repair & Remodeling of the Tallmadge Police Station for an extension of time to August 1, 2022. This is due to shipping delays for a broken part.
