Maguire – Acting Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Acting Pres. of Council Maguire called the Council Committee meeting of 6-10-13 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Sarver, Mrs. Kilway, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Donovan, Mr. Stalnaker, Mr. Robert Maguire, Acting Council President – present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Finance Shanafelt, Dir. of Law Raber, Dir. of Public Service Esler and Economic Developer Loughry. COMMUNITY INPUT: Acting Pres. of Council: We meet on the second and fourth Thursday of the month and the preceding Monday. Tonight we have Committee meetings and so we will be discussing legislation. Council does not act on any legislation or vote on it until our Thursday night meeting so there will be no actual voting other than the committees recommending certain legislation to the rest of Council. If you are here to talk about any specific legislation that is before us tonight, please wait until that legislation is being discussed in committee and you can talk at that time.
