Donovan – Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Donovan called the Council Committee meeting of 4-7-14 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Ms. Tricaso, Mrs. Kilway, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker, Mr. Donovan – present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Public Service Esler, Dir. of Law Raber, and Dir. of Finance Shanafelt. Economic Developer Loughry was absent. COMMUNITY INPUT: Pres. of Council: City Council meets on second and fourth Monday and Thursday’s of the month. Monday meetings are our Committee meetings where we discuss legislation and allow quite a bit of time for community input. Thursday’s are our business meetings where we vote on legislation and have limited time for community input. At this time; would anybody like to address Council?
