CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Donovan called the Council Committee meeting of 2-9-15 to order at
7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Ms. Tricaso, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker and Mr. Donovan – present.
Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Pub. Service Esler, Dir. of Law Raber, Dir. of Finance Shanafelt and
Economic Developer Loughry. Mrs. Kilway is excused.

ADOPT 3-0 Declaring that certain City-owned vehicles
obtained through criminal forfeiture to be
excess and authorizing the Director of
Public Service to dispose of such vehicles
in accordance with law and providing for
immediate enactment.
Ordinance 21-2015 At 2nd Reading.
ADOPT 3-0 Declaring certain City-owned vehicles to be
excess and authorizing the Director of Public
Service to sell such equipment at public sale or
trade-in and providing for immediate enactment.
Ordinance 22-2015 At 2nd Reading.
ADOPT 3-0 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into the neces-
sary contracts for the purchase of a 2-½ ton
truck through the State Purchasing Program
and the ODOT Cooperative Purchasing Pro-
gram, or local preference as allowed by ordi-
nance and providing for immediate enactment.
