Donovan – Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Vice Pres. of Council Kilway called the Council Committee meeting of 6-22-15 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker and Mrs. Kilway – present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Pub. Service Esler, Dir. of Law Raber, and Dir. of Finance Shanafelt. Ms. Tricaso and Mr. Donovan were excused and Economic Developer Loughry was on vacation.
