COUNCIL OF THE WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES MONDAY, APRIL 25, 2016 – 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ************** Committee of the Whole James M. Donovan – Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Donovan called the Council Committee meeting of 4-25-16 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Ms. Tricaso, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker and Mr. Donovan – present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Pub. Service Esler, Dir. of Law Raber, Dir. of Finance Gilbride and Economic Developer Weinberg. Mrs. Kilway was absent. COMMUNITY INPUT: Pres. of Council: I would like to welcome the students who are here this evening. We are glad to have you or we would not have anybody! Tallmadge City Council meets on the second and fourth Thursday’s of the month for the Regular council meetings and the preceding Monday’s are the Council Committee meetings. At the Committee meetings, legislation is discussed thoroughly with Council deciding to adopt, amend, reject, hold or table the legislation. We do allow time for community input at this point in the meeting if there is anybody who would like to address Council, please come forward and state your name and address. No one responded. GIVE 2nd READING 3-0 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agree- ment for the sale without bid of real property at 26 Nottingham Street, not needed for municipal purposes, to Tallmadge Grow, Inc. a Community Improvement Corporation.
