GIVE 2nd READING 3-0 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Summit County Metro Parks and the City of Kent, Ohio for connectivity improvements to the Freedom Trail and Portage Hike and Bike Trail and providing for immediate enactment.
