Council Members Scott Martin and Estele Borges along with Chief Lavigne were present as well. Committee Chair Pottier opened the meeting at 6: 10 PM. Interviewed in order were: Justin Tehan, Owen Brady, Emmanuel Enos and Patrick Melo. Nicholas Anderson was invited to interview but declined. Committee members Pottier and McCaul led the interviews. Councilors Martin and Borges were invited to offer questions as well. Councilor Borges declined from questioning Candidate Enos due to a family relationship. At the end of the interviews, Committee Members Pottier and McCaul exchanged their ideas of the overall interviews and candidates. At 7:55 Councilor McCaul made the motion to extend a conditional offer of employment to Candidates Brady and Enos. Chairman Pottier seconded the motion and conducted the vote. The motion passed 2-0. Councilor McCaul motioned to adjourn at 7:57. This was seconded by Chairman Pottier and conducted the vote. The motion passed 2-0 and the meeting was adjourned.
