Golf Commission meeting JUNE 17, 2020
ATTENDEES: Warren Offley, Chairperson

The meeting was called to order by Warren Offley, Chairperson, at 6:30 Tom Clark made a motion to
accept the Minutes of the May 20, 2020 meeting as written, seconded by Tom Bernier and unanimously
voted.
OLD BUSINESS: Discussion about the RFPs for 2020 and how we should proceed. Tom and Warren met
with legal counsel, Gay and Gay. Tom Bernier provided them with an old copy of RFP. Tom Bernier
reported that 3 bids were received for the fence and the job was awarded to the lowest bidder City
Works for $13,610. Dig Safe has been contacted and marked the area as required.
COMMUNICATIONS: Another Porta Potty Bill from United Site Services for December 2018, January ,
2019, February 2019. Total 377.85. Tom Bernier is going to send them a letter. A quote was received
from United Site Services for $291.36, twice the amount we are normally charged. Gil is going to get a
quote from the company he is using now for the porta potty in front of the club house.
NEW BUSINES:
Judy Chambers thanked Gil Alegi for returning a portion of the members’ money because several of the
members mentioned to her how thoughtful it was. She told them she would bring it up at the next Golf
Commission meeting and would be sure it was in the minutes.

MEETING ADOURNED: 7:30 Tom Clark made a motion to adjourn , Tom Bernier seconded and
unanimously voted.
