Item 1: • Minutes for May 24, 2023 and June 29, 2023 approved. Motion by LS, seconded by MS. Item 2: • Update on Whittenton Urban Renewal Plan Discussed process for Urban Renewal Plan - meetings. Need to meet with Planning Board in early September (09-2-2023) since TRA and City Council meetings not scheduled. MEPA scope of services submitted by Stantec. Cost is $49,000 — credit of $10,000 for total cost of $39,000. Need to figure out how to pay for the MEPA. MEPA Report is change by the state for all Urban Renewal Projects. Item 3: • Harvey Street Status— rain, rain, rain test sites cancelled again. Waiting for North County Group — and Health Department to schedule dates. Item 4: • Mass Development Loan/Grant Program Wa went over programs with fall decision on — applicants submitted for past program period. Item 5: • Other Business DA mentioned North Eastern Study application will be due in mid-August to — end of August. DA stated he will prepare several applications for the program.
