Item 2: • Whittenton Urban Renewal Plan - Wa reported 2 meetings with Stantec have been held regarding extending Stantec’s contract. Stantec and the City will submit an extension amendment to the TRA. Stantee will look into the cost to meet MEPA requirements. The City and the TR.A will be responsible for the increased cost. Item 3: • Harvey Street Property Status - With the cold and wet weather only able to perc one lot. Hope in the near future to pere the second lot. The TRA will have at least one lot and maybe a second lot to sell. Item4: • Mass Development - Wa discussed loan and grant programs. He mentioned that the TRA should meet with Robert Jenkins, formally of Brockton, who could give ideas to the TRA. JPa will set up this meeting. Item 5: • North Eastern Capstone Program - Proposal submitted for Leonard & Hopewell Schools. Item 6: • Other Business - Discussion on possible additional programs and involvements. Item 7: • Next Scheduled Meeting will be scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 3:00pm, held at — the Polish American Citizens Club. Meeting adjourned at 4:21 PM.
