Item2: ix 0 rn • Whittenton Urban Renewal Plan - JPa reported Stantec has met with the Mayor and will get back to the Mayor regarding questions raised. JPa also reported nothing has been done regarding the additional funds needed for the MEPA. Item 3: • Harvey Street - Still waiting for the date of the 2~ perc test. Item 4: • Mass Development Loan/Grant Programs - It was reported that the Asack property on Weir Street received $188,000.00 for design work. Only one in the City. Ugly Duckling was not interested. MASS Development stressing housing as the priority for funds. ItemS: • Other Business - A discussion was held on the next Northeastern Capstone Program application. Afier several ideas it was agreed to apply for the Leonard School and Hopewell School. A combined TRA, OECD and School Department project within and abutting the Whittenton Village District. DA reported the students will be completing the Weir, Bacon Felt Capstone Project in December.
