Consider an Ordinance #1 of 2020, establishing two-way traffic of the 100 block of Middle St., Taylor, PA and there shall be no parking in this section of Middle Street for a distance of 250 feet from So. Main St. to termination. B. Consider a Ordinance #2 of 2020, establishing or re-establishing a no parking zone along portions of South Main St., North Main St. and Union St, in order to improve public safety and sight distance. C. Consider a motion to hire Patricia L. Zimmer for a part-time clerk position at the Taylor Community Center. The required clearances (Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151) have been submitted. The starting hourly rate of pay is $11.26 per hour. The position is on call, as needed with no guarantee of hours.
