Approve Action Minutes of July 12, 2022 Recommendation: That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of July 12, 2022. If you challenge a project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at or prior to the public hearing. This description shall not exceed 3 minutes unless extended by a majority vote of the City Council. No substantive discussion on the subject of the motion may occur.
