Public comments may be made in person at the meeting by submitting a speaker card to the City Clerk or by submitting an email to be read aloud into the record at the meeting. Speaker cards for in-person comments will be called in the order received by the City Clerk and then, if time remains, email comments will be read. Conduct Workshop Regarding Surplus Land Act (Government Code Section 54220 et seq.), Inventory of City-Owned Vacant Parcels, and Preliminary Discussion of Best Use for Vacant Parcels (No final action or decision shall be made regarding the disposition of any parcels at this meeting.) Recommendation: That the City Council provide feedback and priorities for potential uses of City-owned vacant lands in order to fulfill objectives outlined in the Quality of Life Master Plan (QLMP).
