Nash Street, Terrell, TX 75160 The City of Terrell Airport Board conducted a meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 201 E. Nash Street, Terrell, TX 75160 MEMBERS Andrew Jones PRESENT: David Lindsey Juanita Attaway Hal Richards Denis Rottler James Craig MEMBERS ABSENT: STAFF PRESENT: City Engineer & Director of Municipal Development Chris Snapp 1 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Hal Richards called the meeting to order. 2 MOMENT OF SILENCE Chairman Hal Richards called for a moment of silence. 3 ADOPTION OF MINUTES a) Discuss and consider the approval of minutes from November 12th, 2025 Vice-Chairman David Lindsey made a motion to approve the minutes from the meeting on November 12th, 2026, with James Craig seconding the motion. Carried by the following votes: Ayes: Andrew Jones, Hal Richards, and Denis Rottler 4 DISCUSSION ITEMS a) Apex Aero Updates General Manager Kyle DeCoster presented the report on airfield operations and activities; no action was taken. b) Airport Financials The financial report will be presented at the next meeting; no action was taken. Airport Board Meeting Meeting January 14, 2026 Page 1 3 of 2 4 ITEM 3.1. c) TxDot Electrical Update City Engineer Chris Snapp presented updates on the TxDOT electrical project; no action was taken. d) Fuel Farm Update City Engineer Chris Snapp presented updates on the fuel farm project; no action was taken. e) Fire Inspection The annual fire inspection is scheduled for January 15th, 2026; no action taken. f) RFP Update & Review City Engineer Chris Snapp presented updates on the RFP; no action was taken. g) Capital Plan Review City Engineer Chris Snapp presented updates on the capital plan review; no action was taken. 5 HEAR REMARKS FROM VISITORS Visitors came forward to speak. 6 ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS Chairman Hal Richards suggested adding a wash station to the capital plan. 7 SET NEXT MEETING DATE The next meeting will be on February 11th, 2026. 8 ADJOURN.
