Recommendations New Fees for Terrell Facilities The objective of the revised facility fee is to align more closely with rental rates in the neighboring area. Projected new Fees: ● Breezy Hill Community Center- $25 per hour same as the pavilion at Ben Gill Park $100 for 4-hour time block & $200 for 8-hour time block This will included the entire facility (kitchen) - we suggest increasing the deposit to $100 refundable fee ● Ben Gill Park - Fees Remain the same Page 12 of 12 We are in the process of modifying the existing system to distinguish between residents and non-residents.
