Nash Street, Terrell, TX The City of Terrell Park and Downtown Improvement Corporation conducted a PADIC Board Meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 201 E. Nash Street, Terrell, TX. MEMBERS Caroline Brown PRESENT: Vice Chairman Dwight Malone Chairman Leonard Lancaster Savannah Nordstrom Brandon Batres Kelli Hardeman Board Member Aaron Conway MEMBERS ABSENT: STAFF PRESENT: Percy Butler Sheri Davis Arabia Turner 1 CALL TO ORDER Meeting called to order by the Chairman Lancaster. 2 INVOCATION Invocation led by Member Conway. 3 PLEDGE TO AMERICAN FLAG AND TEXAS FLAG. 4 HEAR REMARKS FROM VISITORS This time is set aside to invite any person to address the Board on any matter of City business not subject to a public hearing. Routine administrative matters are best discussed with the appropriate City Staff before bringing them to the Board. Prior to the meeting, please complete a "Citizen Participation Form" and present it to the Administrative Assistant. Please provide your contact information to facilitate follow up. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Section 551.042, the Park Board cannot discuss, consider, or take action on matters not listed on the agenda. Speakers should limit their comments to 3 minutes and are asked to speak into the microphone provided, identifying themselves for the record. The total amount of time set aside for this place on the agenda is 15 minutes. Comments of a personal nature directed at the Board or Staff are inappropriate. Brandon Batres moved to change the upcoming Park Board meeting to November 3, 2025, due to upcoming holidays, with Savannah Nordstrom seconding the motion.
