The meeting is open to the public with limited seating in the Council Chambers. If you choose not to attend in person and you wish to submit public comments, email support@cityofterrell.org and title the email ”Public Comment”. Terry Barber moved to approve the Resolution Updating Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3, with Donna Anderson seconding the motion.
