(Bi-State) Building Maintenance Manager Kristine Barron REGULAR 4. Adopt a Resolution to accept the 2021 audit engagement letter prepared by the accounting firm BKD, LLP. (FIN) Finance Director TyRhonda Henderson 5. Adopt a Resolution granting permission to the City Manager to submit the applications of four lots of land to the Commissioner of State Lands Urban Homestead Act 1009 of 1993. (Admin) City Manager E. Jay Ellington 6. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing a Temporary Fuel Surcharge be added to the Texarkana Water Utilities bill for Waste Haulers. (PWD) Public Works Director Tyler Richards An emergency clause is requested.
