Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement with NLC Government Capital to upgrade the City’s warning sirens system. (TAFD) Fire Chief David Fletcher REGULAR 9. Adopt an Ordinance to enter into an agreement with the Arkansas Energy Office for a loan in the amount of $1,665,425 for solar vehicle parking.
