Proclamation declaring May 18-24, 2025, as National Public Works Week. CONSENT 2. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting May 5, 2025. (CCD) City Clerk Heather Soyars 3. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc., to make the necessary improvements to the existing HVAC system for the 801 Wood Street Office. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Johnson Controls, Inc., to perform an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) of the Texarkana Water Utilities facilities. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Denali Water Solutions for the Millwood Water Treatment Plant Cleaning of the Sludge Ponds Project. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism for a 2026 Arkansas State Parks Matching Grant under the Outdoor Recreation Grants Program, assisting in the improvements of outdoor recreational facilities. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Construction Contract with CM & M Construction Enterprise, LLC., for E. 9th Street and Jefferson Avenue Traffic Signal Restoration.
