GENERAL COMMENTS For general comments, each person will be allowed to address the City Commission only one time, 5 minutes per person. The purpose of public comment is to allow the public to address concerns to the Commission rather than start a public debate or present questions to the Commission. 4. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA 4.1. The Commission will consider approving the agenda. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.1. Minutes of the meeting held October 7, 2025. 2-3 2025-10-07 Election Commission Minutes 6. BUSINESS 6.1. Michigan Ave. Three Rivers, MI 49093 The Election Commission of the City of Three Rivers was called to order on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM, in the City Conference Room, 333 W. Michigan Ave. Three Rivers, MI 49093, with the following members present: PRESENT: Bobbi Schoon Leslie Wilson T.J. Reed ABSENT: 1 CALL TO ORDER 2 ROLL CALL 3 APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Ms. Schoon, seconded by Mr. Reed, moved to approve the agenda as submitted. By a voice vote, the motion passed unanimously. 4 APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Reed, seconded by Ms. Schoon, moved to approve the minutes of the October 15, 2024, meeting. With a voice vote, the motion passed unanimously. 5 GENERAL COMMENTS There were no public comments received. 6 BUSINESS a) Election Inspector Appointments Ms. Schoon, seconded by Mr. Reed, moved to appoint the election inspectors for the November 4, 2025, election as presented. By a voice vote, the motion passed unanimously. Page 1 of 2 Page 2 of 4 Election Commission October 7, 2025 Page 2 of 2 b) Election Inspector Pay Mr. Reed, seconded by Ms. Wilson, moved to propose an increase in election worker pay to $150 for a half day and $300 for a full day with $35 for training pay and $50 for chair pay.
