The Election Commission of the City of Three Rivers was called to order on Tuesday,
October 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM, in the City Conference Room, 333 W. Michigan Ave.
Three Rivers, MI 49093, with the following members present:
PRESENT: Bobbi Schoon
Leslie Wilson
T.J. Reed
ABSENT:
1 CALL TO ORDER

3 APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Ms. Schoon, seconded by Mr. Reed, moved to approve the agenda as
submitted. By a voice vote, the motion passed unanimously.
4 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Reed, seconded by Ms. Schoon, moved to approve the minutes of the
October 15, 2024, meeting. With a voice vote, the motion passed
unanimously.
5 GENERAL COMMENTS
There were no public comments received.
6 BUSINESS
a) Election Inspector Appointments
Ms. Schoon, seconded by Mr. Reed, moved to appoint the election
inspectors for the November 4, 2025, election as presented. By a voice
vote, the motion passed unanimously.

b) Election Inspector Pay
Mr. Reed, seconded by Ms. Wilson, moved to propose an increase in
election worker pay to $150 for a half day and $300 for a full day with
$35 for training pay and $50 for chair pay. By a voice vote, the motion
passed unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:06 p.m.
