Ordinance No. 2021-27 (Rules Suspended) An ordinance authorizing the Mayor or his designee to apply and received funding from the State of Ohio through the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recover Fund authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP Act) for the Village of Timberlake and declaring an emergency. b.) Resolution No. 2021-27 (Rules Suspended A resolution renumbering certain resolutions passed at the June 15, 2021 Council meeting for the Village of Timberlake, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. c.) Resolution No. 2021-28 (Rules Suspended) A resolution establishing the “2152 American Rescue Plan Fund” for the Village of Timberlake, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. d.) Resolution No. 2021-29 (Rules Suspended) A resolution adopting the policies and procedures to accept Federal Grants and Cash Handling for the Village of Timberlake, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. 7.
