Resolution No. 2021-30 (Rules Suspended) A resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor and declaring an emergency. b.) Resolution No. 2021-31 A resolution approving a salary increase and uniform allowance for the Full Time Police Chief of the Village of Timberlake, Ohio, Police Department and declaring an emergency. c.) Resolution No. 2021-32 A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Fiscal Officer to negotiate and execute an agreement with the City of Eastlake to provide road salt for the year 2021-2022 winter season and declaring an emergency. d.) Resolution No. 2021-33 A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Fiscal Officer to increase the fees for renting Timberlake Village Hall and declaring an emergency. e.) Resolution No. 2021-34 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to promote and to confirm certain Police Officers for the Police Department and declaring an emergency. f.) Resolution No. 2021-35 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to hire Stephen J. Pirosko as part-time service department employee for the Village of Timberlake and declaring an emergency.  g.) Resolution No. 2021-36 A resolution authorizing and directing the Fiscal Officer to acknowledge the donation of tree removal at 8 Nokomis by Greg L. Schunck and declaring an emergency. 7. Reports: a.
