Resolution No. 2021-40 (1st Reading) A resolution requesting the County Auditor to make advance payments of taxes for the year 2022. b.) Resolution No: 2021-41 (1st Reading) A resolution authorizing the fiscal officer to transfer fifty-nine thousand seven hundred fifty-nine dollars and forty-four cents ($59,759.44) from the general fund (1000) to the sanitary sewer debt service fund (3101) fourteen thousand one hundred seventy three and ninety cents ($14,173.90); paving improvement debt fund (3902) forty-five thousand, five hundred eight-five and fifty-four ($45,585.54); for year 2022, and declaring and emergency c.) Resolution No. 2021-42 (Rules Suspended) A resolution amending the permanent appropriations fund for the Village of Timberlake, Ohio for the Year 2021 and declaring an emergency. d.) Resolution No. 2021-43 (1st Reading) A resolution authorizing the Mayor and Fiscal Officer to enter into an agreement with the Love Insurance Agency to provide for the continuation of property and casualty insurance coverage for Village property and declaring an emergency. e.) Resolution No. 2021-44 (1st Reading) A resolution authorizing the Fiscal Officer to revise zoning fees for the Village of Timberlake and declaring an emergency. f.) Resolution No. 2021-45 (1st Reading) A resolution authorizing the Fiscal Officer to establish a Capital Fund (4902) for the replacement of a service truck for the Village of Timberlake and declaring an emergency.  g.) Ordinance No. 28-2021 (1st Reading) An ordinance amending section 208.03, Public Record request policy of the codified ordinances of the Village of Timberlake and declaring an emergency. h.) Ordinance No. 29-2021 (1st Reading) An ordinance enacting Chapter 1463 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Timberlake, Ohio, pertaining to the regulation of vacant structure within the Village of Timberlake, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. 6.
