Ordinance No. 6-2022 (3rd Reading) An ordinance authorizing the creation of the rank of Detective Sergeant within the Timberlake Police Department, and declaring an emergency. b.) Ordinance No. 10-2022 (2nd Reading) An ordinance repealing, and replacing Chapter 820 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Timberlake, and declaring an emergency. c.) Ordinance No. 11-2022 (Rules Suspended) An ordinance amending wages, and salaries for employees of the Village of Timberlake, Ohio and Declaring an Emergency. d.) Resolution 2022-31 (Rules Suspended) A resolution amending the permanent appropriations funds for the Village of Timberlake, Ohio for the Year 2022, and declaring an emergency. e.) Resolution 2022-32 (Rules Suspended) A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with American Legal Publishing Corporation for the purpose of providing publishing services related to the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Timberlake, and the regular updating of the same, and declaring an emergency. 7.
