MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING MAY 1, 2024
OF THE TISKILWA VILLAGE BOARD
The Tiskilwa Village Board held a Special Meeting on May, 1, 2024, at 6:00 P. M. at the Tiskilwa Fire
Station. Answering roll call were Mayor Michael Murray, Trustees Amy Kline, James Cole, and Brett
Klinefelter. Absent were Trustee Daniel Acker, John Funderberg and Daniel Yepsen. Due to the lack of
a quorum of trustees, Mayor Murray was required to vote on all issues if needed. The Village Clerk and
Treasurer were also present. No one from the public attended.
The purpose of the meeting was to observe two representatives from Midwest Meter Inc. which is out
of Edinburg, Il., to present and showcase their Badger water meters and what they can offer to our
Village for service. The Village of Granville have Badger water meters.
At 7:35 P. M. Trustee Klinefelter made a motion to adjourn.
