MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING ON JULY 11, 2023 The Tiskilwa Village Board held a special meeting on July 11, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. at the Tiskilwa Fire Station. All required postings and notices were performed as required. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a T.I.F. District for the Village. Mayor Murray called the meeting to order. Answering roll call were Trustees Daniel Acker, Amy Kline, Brett Klinefelter, John Funderberg and Daniel Yepsen. Village Clerk Linda Kling and Village Engineer Jack Kusek were present. Paul Ostrosky from the Economic Development Group in Bloomington presented information on how the Tax Increment Financing works and answered questions about T.I.F.
