MINUTES FOR THE DECEMBER 23, 2024 VILLAGE OF TISKILWA SPECIAL MEETING The Village of Tiskilwa held a Special Meeting on December 23, 2024 at the Tiskilwa Fire Station at 7:00 P.M. Answering roll call were Acting Mayor Daniel Acker, Trustees Daniel Acker, Amy Kline, James Cole, Daniel Yepsen, and Brett Klinefelter. Absent was Trustee John Funderberg. There was no one from the public in attendance. The purpose of the Special Meeting was to discuss the sale of the 2020 International dump truck and the purchase of the 2024 Ford F-550 Super Duty Truck. Trustee Klinefelter made a motion to approve the Ordinance 24-12-23 that authorizes the sale of the 2020 International Dump Truck, Exhibit A, to the Scott County Road District #1, Murrayville, Il. for the price of $110,000.00 and the purchase of the 2024 Ford F550 4X4 Super Duty Truck, Exhibit B, for the sum of $125,356.00 from Allstate Ford in Youngstown, Ohio, seconded by Trustee Cole. All ayes on a roll call vote. Trustee Yepsen made a motion to have the 2024 Ford F550 shipped at a cost not to exceed $2000.00 from Youngstown, Ohio, seconded by Trustee Kline. All ayes on a roll call vote. Trustee Klinefelter made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Trustee Cole. All ayes. ________________________________ Linda L. Kling, Clerk
