Approval: Resolution for the Payment of Monthly Bills 12. Approval: Lake Committee Sales Tax Reimbursement PUBLIC WORKS AND UTILITIES COMMISSION:  Common Council – February 17, 2026 13. Approval: Resolution for Forgiveness of 2019 Sewer Utility Advance to TID #8 GENERAL: ADJOURN: 14. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85: (1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: -Approval: Developer proposal for purchase of city-owned property for the purpose of a housing development. -Approval: Land Lease Agreement. -Approval: Continued consideration regarding the purchase of Property B.
