Approval: Recommendation concerning the formal acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2024 independent audit of the city's finances. 10. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing parameters for the sale of not to exceed $1,050,000 general obligation promissory notes, Series 2026A. 11. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing parameters for the sale of not to exceed $3,405,000 water system revenue bonds, Series 2026B. 12. Approval: Budget transfer request grants & donations ADJOURN: 18. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis.
