5. Approval of Minutes from February 17, 2026
6. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution for the payment of monthly bills.
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE:
7. Approval: Recommendation concerning amendments to Chapter 52 (Zoning) of the City of Tomah
Municipal Code.
8. Approval: Recommendation concerning short-term vacation rental ordinance.
9. Approval: Recommendation concerning the formal acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2024
independent audit of the city's finances.
10. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing
parameters for the sale of not to exceed $1,050,000 general obligation promissory notes, Series 2026A.
11. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing
parameters for the sale of not to exceed $3,405,000 water system revenue bonds, Series 2026B.
12. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing
parameters for the sale of not to exceed $3,815,000 sewer system revenue bonds, Series 2026C.

PUBLIC WORKS AND UTILITIES COMMISSION:
13. Approval: Toro Lease Renewal
14. Approval: Boat Dock Length
15. Approval: Recommendation concerning tabled vote on the forgiveness of the sewer utility advance
to Tax Increment District 8.
APPOINTMENTS:
16. Approval: Recommendation concerning the Mayoral appointment of Chris Peacock to serve as the
City of Tomah Municipal Judge effective 1 May 2026.
GENERAL:
17. Approval: Budget transfer request grants & donations
ADJOURN:
18. Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85:
(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session:
-Approval: Recommendation regarding the final approval for offer to purchase for Property B.
-Approval: Recommendation regarding negotiating the purchase of Property D.
-Discussion: Consideration of negotiating the purchase of Property E.
-Approval: Recommendation regarding the contract for City Attorney services.
(1)(g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice
concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become
involved.
-Update regarding two active litigation cases.
