NOTICE OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS MONDAY, JUNE 9, 2014 5:45 P.M. Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City of Tomball Capital Improvement Plan Advisory Committee, to be held on Monday, June 9, 2014 at 5:45 p.m., City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. 1.0 Call to Order 2.0 Public Comments and Receipt of Petitions (At this time, anyone will be allowed to speak on any matter other than personnel matters or matters under litigation, for length of time not to exceed three minutes. No Commission discussion or action may take place on a matter until such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law.) 3.0 Approve the Minutes of the Capital Improvements Plan Advisory Committee Meeting of May 12, 2014. Discussion/Action of the Following Items: 4.0 New Business: 4.1 Discussion and Action Regarding filing a semi-annual report with respect to the Capital Improvements Plan and report to City Council.  Recommendation to implement the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan and adopt a 75% increase over the existing Impact Fees for water and wastewater; and to adopt the maximum allowable Impact Fee for the five drainage basins. 4.2 Discussion and Action Regarding establishing the next meeting of the Capital Improvements Plan Advisory Committee on December 8, 2014 to file a semi-annual report with respect to the progress of the Capital Improvements Plan as required by Section 395.058 of the Texas Local Government Code. 5.0 Adjournment  Agenda Capital Improvement Plan Advisory Committee Meeting June 9, 2014 Page 2 of 2 CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board of City Hall; City of Tomball, Texas, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 5th day of June 2014 by 5:00 p.m., and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
