MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT TOMBALL CITY COUNCIL AND TOMBALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS MONDAY, MAY 14, 2012 5:00 P.M. 1.0 Call to Order The Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Gretchen Fagan. Other members present were: Councilman Stoll Councilman Brown Councilman Townsend Councilman Dodson Councilman Hudgens Others present: City Manager – George Shackelford City Secretary – Doris Speer City Attorney – Loren B. Smith Director of Community Development – Narciso Lira Finance Director – Glenn Windsor The Tomball Economic Development Corporation meeting was called to order by President Gretchen Fagan. Other members present were: Steven Vaughan William Sumner Lori Klein Quinn Vincent O’Donnell  Minutes Special Joint Tomball City Council and Tomball Economic Development Corporation Meeting May 14, 2012 Page 2 of 2 Kelly Violette – TEDC Executive Director Tiffani Wooten – TEDC Coordinator Patty Knudson-Joiner – Knudson, LP Kenneth Katz – Katz-Baker Tracey Kelly – Knudson, LP 2.0 No Public Comments were received. 3.0 Workshop Session: The Tomball City Council and the Tomball Economic Development Corporation entered into a Workshop Session for the following purpose: ○ Discussion of Economic Development Incentive (380 Agreement) for the Property Located at 14011 FM 2920, Tomball, Texas 77375 4.0 Motion was made by Director Sumner, second by Director O’Donnell, to adjourn the Tomball Economic Development Corporation meeting Motion carried unanimously. Motion was made by Councilman Stoll, second by Councilman Townsend, to adjourn the City Council meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned. PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of May 2012.
