1.0 Call to Order
The Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Fagan. Other members

6.0 Motion was made by Councilman Townsend, second by Councilman Dodson, to approve
the Minutes of the March 3, 2014 Regular City Council Meeting.
Motion carried unanimously.
7.0 Old Business:
7.1 Motion was made by Councilman Hudgens, second by Councilman Stoll, to
adopt, on Second Reading, Ordinance No. 2014-05, an Ordinance of the City
Council of Tomball, Texas, Approving the First Amended and Restated Service
and Assessment for the City of Tomball Public Improvement District (PID) No. 2,
for the Raleigh Creek Subdivision. Vote was as follows:

8.1 Motion was made by Councilman Dodson, second by Councilman Townsend, to
read Ordinance No. 2014-06 by caption only on First Reading.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Councilman Townsend, second by Councilman Stoll, to
adopt, on First Reading, Ordinance No. 2014-06, an Ordinance of the City
Council of Tomball, Texas, Levying an Assessment against Section One
Properties within the City of Tomball Public Improvement District Number Two
(Raleigh Creek Subdivision); and Making Certain Findings Related Thereto.

8.2 Motion was made by Councilman Dodson, second by Councilman Degges, to
approve Resolution No. 2014-06, Canceling the Regular City Officer’s Election
Scheduled to be held on the 10th Day of May, 2014, in Accordance with Section
2.053(a) of the Texas Election Code; Directing the Giving of Notice of Such
Cancellation of Election; and Providing Details Relating to the Cancellation of
Such Election.
El Concejal Dodson hizo la moción de aprobar la Resolución Nro. 2014-06
Cancelando la Elección Regular de Funcionarios Municipales programada para
celebrarse el día 10 de mayo de 2014 de acuerdo con la Sección 2.053(a) del
Código Electoral de Texas; instruyendo que se de aviso de tal cancelación de
elección; y proveyendo detalles relativos a la cancelación de tal elección, la cual
fue secundada por el Concejal Degges.

8.4 Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Impact DataSource, LLC, in
the Amount of $15,000 for an Economic Impact Analysis of Constructing Single-
Family Homes on Existing 25-Foot Wide Platted Lots in the Old Town Area died
for lack of motion.
No action taken.
8.5 Consideration to Postpone and Set a New Date to Hold Special City Council
Meeting to Workshop Non-Conforming Lots, Currently Scheduled to be Held on
March 25, 2014, to Allow Completion of the Economic Impact Analysis died for
lack of motion.
No action taken.
8.6 Motion was made by Councilman Dodson, second by Councilman Hudgens, to
approve the Following Plat as Recommended by the Planning and Zoning
Commission:
REPLAT DANIELS I: Being a subdivision of 0.161 acre of land situated in the
W. Hurd Survey, Abstract Number 371, Harris County, Texas and being a Replat
of Lots 20 and 21, in Block 63 of the Tomball Townsite, a subdivision in Harris
County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume A, Page 25
of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas.
