for lots within that portion of the Old Town Area bounded by Fannin Street, Houston

Street and Houston Street adjacent to such portion. Staff report was presented by Rebeca

Further public comments:
Jennifer Casalino - She rents the house from Ms. Dermaux –she
209 Houston Street, 77375 likes the house. It feels big inside and is
modern and has a nice yard.

2531 Cherry Street, 77375 house that she had constructed on one of the
three 25’ lots she owns on Houston Street

411 Fannin, 77375 good enough for 5 members of his family
Rhonda Schiel - Owns this property and her father built

wants the area to stay preserved in Old
Town area and keep its integrity.
Dr. Rodney Hutson - Dr. Hutson owns about 6- 25’ lots plus city
9431 Rosie Lane, Suite 100 has 4 or so for a total of ten citywide. The
Magnolia, 77354 25’ lots are not a good idea. It is not a good
idea to give special permission to one and
not the other.
No action taken. Consensus of Council was to not build on 25’ lots, so there is no need to
change the current ordinance.
