1.0 Call to Order
The Council meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Mayor Fagan. Other members

2.0 The following public comment was received:
Nancy Newton - Expressed the Tomball Sports Association’s
30819 Country Meadows, 77375 appreciation for this year’s improvements to
the Little Leagues fields and expressing
TSA’s desire to continue working with the City
in the future.
3.0 New Business:
3.1 At 4:11 p.m., the Tomball City Council entered into a Workshop Session
regarding the Proposed Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget.
4.0 Motion was made by Councilman Hudgens, second by Councilman Townsend, to adjourn.
Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned.

Notice is hereby given of a Special meeting of the Tomball City Council, to be held on Tuesday,
July 5, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., at Tomball City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for
the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action.
The Tomball City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session for consultation with
attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization
by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.
1.0 Call to Order
2.0 Public Comments and Receipt of Petitions: [At this time, anyone will be allowed to speak on
any matter other than personnel matters or matters under litigation, for length of time not to
exceed three minutes. No Council/Board discussion or action may take place on a matter
until such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law.]
3.0 New Business:
3.1 The Tomball City Council will enter into a Workshop Session regarding the
Proposed Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget
