NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS Tuesday, April 25, 2023 6:00 PM Notice is hereby given of a Regular meeting of the Tomball City Council, to be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 6:00 PM at the Community Center, 221 Market St. Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of Open House. Notice is hereby given that members of the City of Tomball City Council, in numbers which may constitute a quorum, may attend, and participate in an event: Open House for the Parks, Recreation & Trails System Master Plan Tomball Community Center 221 Market St. Tomball, Texas 77375 There will be no deliberation, nor will there be any formal action taken by the City of Tomball. While there may be incidental discussion of city business, the City Council will not be deliberation as a governing body of the City of Tomball. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board of City Hall, City of Tomball, Texas, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the day of April 2023 by 6:00 PM, and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
